This is another hole in wall place that we found and thought was a gem. Everything was so good. Basically a hot bowl of noodles soup. They bring everything out in their own little bowl and then you put them all in the boiling soup. You can also ask them to cook everything before bringing it out. We ordered their frice rice which we very nice too. Rice was very fresh and has a nice aroma. The place is small but clean. Better get there early or plan to wait. You go up to order and they will bring to you but tip is not required.

Change in service compared the last time I came. They posted a notice around the store but i had to use Google translate. You basically save on tip. Came at 8:30 on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The girl told me immediately that we order at the front which is the corner where the food comes out. You also pay first, and I believe they only give you water if you ask for it. We order the original broth with fatty beef and the chicken noodle soup. Both we're really delicious, my only disappointment was the noodle was slightly too soft. It breaks really easily.

It was my first time going to this place. It was a really small place but it fits about 10 small tables. Saw the menu and they have a variety of dishes that are mostly spicy but there are like a few non spicy noodle dishes. I ordered Original Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles and salt pepper chicken. The original cross bridge rice noodles come with the different dishes and then they bring the soup. The worker then put everything in the soup and let it boil. The food tastes good especially the soup. Almost finished with the whole soup. The pepper chicken is ok. Would definitely come back here again to try different dish.

As a Chinese native I can vouch for this place. All the ingredients they used were fairly authentic. It was 80% like the noodle you'd get in China according to my Chinese friend. The type of noodle they use here is chewy but a little bit sticky compared to the place I normally go to which makes it taste more authentic. The reason why I gave a 4/5 was because the gold noodle was too spicy so I kept on chocking when I ate the veggies which were soaked in spice. The quail egg was a little over cooked and I prefer it medium. Overall, I will definitely come back again to try to original soup and perhaps update my rating!

Staff are very friendly, kind and quick. The food and broth is very flavorful and unique! It's many little dishes that accompany the noodle is refreshing and provides such a flavorful contrast when mixed all together. It's inexpensive and it's very heartwarming, especially during the cold winter season. You can also add more little side dishes to infuse your broth to enhance its savoriness! Overall, a really nice meal and I highly recommend it, at least the original broth flavor! Thank you for reading and good luck! (:

Cheap place for yunan crossing noodlle. Been here multiple times and taste the same. Prices did go up a little from pre covid but thats how most restaurants are nowadays. The space isnt big with only a few tables. There is one bathroom in the right hand side. They bring out the extremely hot soup base pot and help you add the ingredients in. Had the pumpkin pancake and the cold sliced cucumber salad which were good. The noodles I got the H3, which wasnt spicy enough for me. Came here at 12pm and it was empty. Left around 1:45pm and more ppl started to arrive. Overall, would come back.

First two sips and I knew I would be coming back again, or at least this has started my hunt for crossing bridge noodles! Read the English story on the wall for the "origin" of crossing bridge noodles, whether it's real or not, still very cute. Beef Navel Crossing Bridge Noodles: loved this one! The soup is surprisingly not too spicy, and the chili oil used isn't very mala/numbing so it doesn't ruin your tongue to enjoy the flavors. Although you just mighttt burn your tongue within the first few seconds trying to taste the soup. It's very very hot - heed the warning signs everywhere! I was surprised when the waitstaff immediately cooked it for me - and by cook, I mean after the soup was placed in front of me, they immediately started pouring all the little dishes into the big pot, starting with the huge lettuce first. They were so quick! Even before I reacted. All the little dishes were great and really helped the taste of the soup. My only complain is that the beef navel isn't very tender at all, especially if you happen to get the tendon pieces. If they could stew it for longer, it'd be perfect

I genuinely enjoy this spot for their food. They're my favorite place to get Yunnan food from. I usually grab takeout to go and the food travels well. They do separate the noodles and soup, hot and cold food for you. These are given but a lot to ask for at some businesses. My go to's: Cold Chicken Gizzard Cold Spicy Beancurd Skin Cold Cucumber Salad Original Crossing Bridge Noodle Beef Tomato Rice Noodles Spicy Pork Chitterlings Rice Noodle
